Jasons first attempt at muskie fishing this season proved successful, well sort of. (The fish in the picture was actually found floating in the water already dead.) Oh well, it makes a good fish story:)

This is one of my favorite pictures of the kids.
Sparkle, Sparkle.
The picture doesn't show it very well, but frozen moisture from the lakes some times falls form the air and when the sun is shining creates an incredible sparkling effect it is so beautiful. It's like sparkling snow on a clear day.

Its funny we didn't know the date was off on the camera till later. According to the date Jason shot it the day before opener,(but he really shot it the morning of opener, the 13th.
